We provide a self-service price estimation tool to help you obtain accurate out-of-pocket expense estimates, along with other helpful resources to help you make more informed financial choices about your care.

Dining Options

Cafeteria

Our café is located on lower level floor of the hospital and features a full-range of food and beverage items

Monday through Friday
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Lunch and Dinner: 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Vending Machines

Vending machines are available on the first floor near the emergency department and on the lower level near the cafeteria.

Gift Shop

Our gift shop is located on the first floor, west of front desk and offers a variety of gifts including candy, flowers, jewelry and newborn items.

Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Visitors should check with the nurse before bringing patients food or drinks to ensure they are appropriate for the patient. In intensive care units, please check with nurses regarding any gifts.

Concierge and Information Desk

Visitor information/concierge desks are located in the main entrance of the medical center, where staff can assist you with general information, maps, notary public services and local eateries/hotel listings.

Visitor Lounges

There are designated lounges for visitors on patient floors. Specific areas have been designated for guests in other areas. If you are in a large group, we ask for your consideration of other patients’ families when seating is limited. Wireless laptops can be used in most areas by connecting to our visitor wireless network. Charging stations and outlets are also available in select lounge areas.

The use of wireless communication devices, such as cell phones, notebooks and laptops, can interfere with medical equipment and is restricted in all patient care areas. Please restrict your use of these devices to visitor lounges and non-patient care areas.

Visiting hours are available 24 hours a day.

Spiritual Care

Chaplains are available 24 hours a day in the hospital or patients and visitors may wish to visit the chapel.

The chapel is located on the first floor west of the front reception area.

MyBSWHealth

MyBSWHealth is an online tool where you can communicate with your providers, schedule an appointment, access and manage your family’s health.

Financial Assistance

At Baylor Scott & White Health, we want to be a resource for you and your family. Our team of financial counselors is here to help. We encourage you to speak to a member of our team at any time – before, during or after care is received.

Insurance Accepted

Baylor Scott & White has established agreements with several types of insurances in an effort to make sure your health needs are covered.

To verify whether your insurance plan covers services rendered at Baylor Scott & White Health, contact your insurance provider directly by visiting your provider's website or calling the phone number listed on your insurance identification card. ​

Medical Records

You can request copies of your medical records by completing an Authorization for Release of Information form and returning to the facility at which you received care.

Anesthesiology

Anesthesiologists are trained in the safe delivery and management of medications that put you to sleep temporarily and help manage your discomfort during recovery. Anesthesiology specialists are skilled in the delivery and management of medications to ensure you are properly sedated during your operation and are comfortable afterwards.

Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery

Cosmetic surgery includes everything from body lifts to breast augmentation to liposuction. These procedures can be nonsurgical or surgical and reshape normal structures of the body ​to improve appearance. We work with you to help determine the right procedure for you based on your unique needs and circumstances, and your privacy is always a priority.​

Reconstructive surgery is performed on parts of the body caused by congenital defects, developmental abnormalities, trauma, infection, tumors or disease. It is generally performed to improve functions but may also be done to approximate a normal appearance.

There are many disorders of the eye that require clinical care by a physician or other healthcare professional. Our eye care team includes ophthalmologists and optometrists on the medical staff.

Hospitalists, also known as inpatient medicine physicians, specialize in general medical care for hospitalized people. A hospitalist will provide care upon your hospital admission and will continue the care during your stay.
